The right technology

Portland's Old Port was built from brick and granite in the 1800s. The coastline from Kittery to Eastport supports working boatyards, private vessels, and a lobster fleet that's been running for generations. And people here have real opinions about how restoration gets done — they want original material preserved, not covered up or replaced.

Laser cleaning fits this market well. It's non-destructive, chemical-free, and precise enough to handle surfaces that sandblasting or chemical stripping would ruin. We're based in Portland and run a fully mobile operation — no franchise overhead, no coordinator in the middle, no playbook written for a different market.

Maine's pre-1978 building stock is pervasive. We're EPA Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) certified and follow Maine DEP protocols for lead abatement notification and waste handling. No shortcuts.

Fully covered for laser work

General liability insurance that explicitly covers laser surface treatment — not a standard cleaning policy. Your property and our operation are properly protected on every job.

HEPA-filtered on every job

HEPA air scrubber and HEPA vacuum system capture ablated particulates at the source. No waste is left behind. No airborne contamination. Clean in, clean out.

We're based in Portland and run a fully mobile operation. The equipment goes with us — no drop-off, no shop fees, no waiting. We work across the full Maine service area and regularly travel into New Hampshire's seacoast region.

How We Work

No waste. No damage.

There's no waste to clean up afterward, thanks to our HEPA air scrubber and HEPA vacuum system. No chemical disposal. No media containment. We arrive, do the work, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.
